Shipping Policy

How Your Order Ships

After your order is placed, we generate an invoice with your final order totals — including shipping costs calculated for your specific shipment. You select your preferred shipping method directly from the options presented on that invoice before your order is processed and fulfilled.

USPS

United States Postal Service — available for domestic shipments.

Carrier Option

UPS

United Parcel Service — available for domestic shipments.

Shipping Time

1–3 Business Days

Typical time to ship in-stock orders. Standard carrier transit times apply once your order has shipped.

Out of Stock & Backordered Items

The 1–3 business day timeframe applies to products in stock at the time of shipment. For items that are not in stock or are backordered, estimated ship dates and lead times are communicated to you during the invoice generation process before your order is finalized.

Terms & Conditions

Orders

By placing an order with PremiumCraftUSA.com, you agree to these terms in their entirety. All orders are subject to product availability. For items that are backordered or not currently in stock, estimated ship dates and lead times are provided to you during the invoice process before the order is confirmed.

Standard Orders — Returnable

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in saleable condition, exactly as shipped.
  • All original packaging and contents must be intact and included.

Custom & Made-to-Order — Final Sale

Custom orders and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales on custom or made-to-order items are final. If you have questions about your custom order before placing it, please contact us.

Return Shipping

Customer's Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Not Refundable

Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs are non-refundable.
